County Judge
As the presiding officer of Commissioners Court, The County Judge is the only member of the five member body elected by all the citizens of Anderson County. The County Judge has a variety of duties including; CEO, Budget Officer, the Emergency Management Administrator, and hold trials for Criminal and Probate cases, overseer of the Transfer Station, maintenance of the Courthouse, Federal Building, Probation Building, Frankston and Elkhart Courthouse Annex Buildings, Outreach Building, Brazos Street Annex, Texas Dept. of Health Building, and maintenance of Davey Dogwood Park. We are continually looking for better ways to serve the public. We must keep up with changes in technology today to be able to provide the needs of tomorrow.
I am proud to serve the citizens of Anderson County. I have an open door policy, and I am there on a daily basis.
